Can I pre-book an Alfa CY taxi?
Yes, you can order a taxi in advance for a specific date and time. When placing your order, simply select the date you want and indicate the time the driver needs to pick you up. When the driver takes your order, you will receive information about this in your application.
Can I cancel my trip?
Yes, you can cancel your trip at any time if the driver has not yet started fulfilling your order. When canceling an order, if the driver is already picking you up, the cancellation fee will be 6 euros.
Can I contact the driver?
Yes, once a driver is assigned to your order, you can call the driver by clicking on the option to contact the driver. You can also always contact our dispatcher by phone or WhatsApp to resolve any issues.
What if I don’t receive a confirmation code when registering in the Alfa CY app?
Sometimes, due to the fault of mobile operators, our clients do not receive an SMS with a registration code. If for some reason you have not received an SMS with a code, please report it to alfacy.app@gmail.com or WhatsApp tel. +357 96 099190
What trip payment options are available?
You can pay for the trip with cash, bonuses or a bank card, having linked it in advance in the application. Corporate clients can pay for trips from their corporate balance.
In which cities of Cyprus can I order a taxi through the Alfa CY app?
We operate throughout the Republic of Cyprus. You can order a taxi in Larnaca, Limassol, Nicosia, Paphos and Ayia Napa. You can also order a taxi to/from Larnaca airport and Paphos airport.
How to become an Alfa CY driver?
You can submit a request to connect to the Alfa CY service as a driver by sending an email to alfacy.app@gmail.com, or by sending a message through our Facebook page.
I do not agree with the cost of the trip, what should I do?
